This collaborative event brings together Cyber Ireland’s South Chapter, CorkSec, the long‑running Cork security community meetup, and Women4Cyber, a European initiative promoting gender diversity in cybersecurity.
There will be 3 sessions on the evening:
- Session 1 – Panel discussion amongst cybersecurity professionals talking about how they got into cybersecurity and their career progression.
- Session 2 – “Reverse Engineering Career” – Rob Fuller VP, Information Security @ McKesson
- Session 3 – Overview of Women4Cyber and speed networking sessions.

- Louis Coleman – SOC Operations Team Lead – After 10 years in the Aquaculture & Fishing industry, Louis obtained a Bsc. in I.T Management & Cybersecurity from M.T.U. Starting as an intern in eSentire’s Security Operations Center in 2022, during the college semester, he has worked his way up through the SOC as an Analyst, Operations Lead, and now a Team Lead.
- Vanda Badura – Senior Information Security Analyst, McKesson – Vanda is an experienced IT and cybersecurity professional focused on data analytics, governance, and scalable operational improvements. She specialises in translating complex security and risk challenges into structured, data-driven solutions that improve decision-making and organisational visibility. Beyond her corporate role, Vanda founded and operated her own business, demonstrating end-to-end ownership across strategy, operations, and delivery.
- Sharon Hanafin – Senior Cloud Cybersecurity Engineer at Dell Technologies – Sharon is a Cybersecurity Engineer in Cloud Security, with a background in cloud engineering and product management. She works closely with technical and business teams to strengthen security practices, manage risk, and build resilient Cloud Environments. Sharon is based in Cork, Ireland and is passionate about supporting and advancing women in cybersecurity.
Rob Fuller VP, Information Security @ McKesson – “Rob Fuller is VP at McKesson and a 25-year veteran of the offensive side of the keyboard. He’s a 14-year Black Hat instructor, DEF CON regular, and was a senior technical advisor on HBO’s Silicon Valley. He hosted two shows on Hak5, helped invent the Hak5 Pineapple and Bash Bunny, and is a frequent guest on the infosec podcast circuit. On the community side, he co-founded NoVA Hackers, founded the Vulnerability Management Research Group, runs restincode.com, and volunteers as red team at CCDC and ISTS, keeping the next generation of defenders honest.”
